The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is designed to help job seekers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.

Some of the services that may be available to help job seekers become employed include Job Seeking Assistance, Tuition Assistance, Child Care Assistance, Transportation Assistance, Aptitude and Interest Testing, Resume Development, Job Referrals, and On-the-job Training.
